After 3 years spending each day with a headache from 2 cervical fusions, I was blessed with walking into Team Care and meeting Jon Weinberg.  After an evaluation, we began an exercise program.  Jon listened and responded as he felt best for my situation.  I had been to numerous physical therapists with no success.  I cannot put into words how appreciative I am to Jon and how much he relieved my pain with the McKenzie technique he uses.  The bottom line and the result of my first visit was walking out of the clinic HEADACHE FREE for the first time in three years.  Progress continued and after getting the headaches under control we started to work on my back.  Same result.  I can say to everyone with pain, you are not doing justice to yourself if you do not visit Jon at Team Care.  Jon is high on my list of people in my life who have helped me with my pain.  Thank you Jon!
