When I first entered and was told I would be walking upright after one visit, I laughed because I had heard that before by other therapists that I had seen.  After my visit and therapy with Jon, I felt better than I had in 2 years. The environment and staff were amazing and Jon has a great wit about him that makes you relax and feel good. I suggest anyone with any back, spine or other movement issues to give Team Care a try.
