Jon, aka Spine Bloke, is the real deal.  He has helped me out twice.  Once I had a tingling sensation up and down my left arm that the medical establishment wanted to treat with multiple injections into my upper spine.  Given the cost to BCBS and me,  I thought I should try therapy first.  And within about six weeks the sensation was in my rear view window.  The second time I was locked into a vertical position, could not sit for more than a few minutes.  This took longer, about three months.  End result: I am now more flexible than I ever was before.  Jon also is a great conversationalist and has a tremendous sense of humor.  The maintenance exercises I have been doing have so far prevented any return visits.  Should the need ever arise again, Spine Bloke here I come.
